Introduction
Fresh Guess is published by Parent Company LLC. We respect your privacy and aim to collect as little personal information as possible.
Information stored on the device
Your spice collection, approximate purchase or age information, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Fresh Guess does not operate a backend or server for this information.
Information we collect
Fresh Guess does not require user accounts. Parent Company LLC does not collect your locally stored spice information, use third-party analytics SDKs, sell personal information, or use third-party advertising within the app.
Notifications
Fresh Guess may request permission to send local notifications. Spice freshness reminders are scheduled and delivered locally on your device; the app does not use remote push notifications or APNs for server-driven messaging. You can turn Fresh Guess notifications off through the app or in iOS Settings.
Apple services
Fresh Guess may rely on normal Apple operating-system and App Store services, such as crash diagnostics or other services Apple makes available according to your Apple and device settings. Apple processes information associated with those services according to its own privacy policies.
Data sharing
Parent Company LLC does not sell or share your locally stored Fresh Guess data with advertisers or data brokers. Information processed by Apple services is governed by Apple’s own policies and your device settings.
Data retention and deletion
Your Fresh Guess data remains on your device until you remove it. Locally stored data can be removed through the app where that option is available or by deleting Fresh Guess from your device.
Children
Fresh Guess is not designed to collect personal information from children. Parent Company LLC does not knowingly operate account-based services that collect personal information from children through the app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Fresh Guess changes. The current version will remain available on this page, with the revision date shown above.
